Services

We support your project at every stage — from concept to delivery — through a structured and reliable workflow. Our goal is to deliver high-quality, carefully crafted visual effects that serve the story and align with your production objectives.

Development

In the early stages of a project, whether based on a script, synopsis, or initial concept, we initiate a first dialogue around visual effects. This phase helps shape creative intentions, assess key challenges, and provide a preliminary budget estimate ahead of prep.

Prep

During prep, we perform a VFX breakdown (shot-by-shot analysis) and collaborate with department heads to define the needs. We identify the most suitable vendors, coordinate early discussions, and ensure accurate costing while offering creative and budget-conscious solutions.

SHOOTING

During the shoot, we supervise on-set VFX to ensure smooth execution, working closely with the crew and department heads. We collect all key technical data (LiDAR, HDR, photos, measurements) and maintain clear, ongoing communication with production throughout.

Post-Production

Once post-production is underway, we serve as the link between production, the director, and the VFX studios. We oversee vendors throughout shot production, ensure artistic consistency, and manage deadlines and budgets, adjusting as the edit evolves.

Sebastien Nebout Profile Picture

Independent Visual Effects Supervisor, I collaborate with directors and producers on ambitious film and television projects, both in France and internationally, working across studio and client-side environments. With over ten years of experience, I am involved throughout the entire visual effects process.

I began my career at BUF in 2015, where I quickly progressed to VFX supervision on projects such as American Gods, Le Chant du Loup, and Woman at War.

In 2018, I joined ILM, collaborating for several years with leading European teams on large-scale international productions. During this time, I contributed at ILM, Framestore, and MPC on films such as Jurassic World, Alita: Battle Angel, Mission: Impossible, and The Batman.

Back in France, I oversaw several French and international projects at The Yard before moving to the client side in 2023. My first project was Emilia Perez, followed by Emily in Paris, Le Marsupilami, and most recently Butterfly Jam.

I support directors and producers from the development phase through post-production, providing artistic, technical, and budgetary oversight of visual effects: defining creative intentions, designing tailored VFX strategies, on-set supervision, studio coordination, and cost control.
